imprint in the customer's mind.
3. Embodiment - A brand must go more than skip deep. You must be committed to your brand concept and demonstrate it through every action of your
organisation. It must be embodied in everything from your product design and retail environments to your customer service and manufacturing processes. You must be focussed, consistent and authentic.
4. Brand Architecture - It's often not as simple as having a single brand for the organisation. With a range of products and services, many
organisations
may need multiple brands if they are to fulfil their potential. Each brand must be effective in its own right, and carefully planned to ensure that they compliment each other for the overall success of the organisation.
