How does it work?

All you have to do is fill in your query on the form below, agree to the terms and conditions and send it to us.

We'll then email you back our advice, usually within one week, and charge you just for the time spent dealing with your query. Fees are charged to the nearest 5 minutes, so simple questions can cost just a few pounds. You can even set a maximum budget for each query so that you can keep your costs under control. The standard rate is £60/hr+VAT, and organisations less than 12 months old recieve a 25% discount.

Terms & Conditions: By submitting this form you agree that you have requested brand advice from Scamper Ltd and will pay for services provided at a rate of £60/hr VAT for organisations over 12months old and £45/hr VAT for organisations less than 12months old. All fees will be calculated to the nearest 5 minutes actually and necessarily spent by us in providing this service to you. Advice will be provided by email unless a telephone consultation is requested. Invoices will be raised on delivery of advice and payment due within seven days of invoice. We agree that your maximum budget will not be exceeded. Advice will usually be provided within one working week. If we cannot provide the requested advice within the budget or time available, we will contact you to discuss your requirements. Scamper reserves the right to refuse advice to any organisation that it considers inappropriate to its ethical objectives. We confirm that where you give us confidential information we shall at all times keep it confidential unless required by law to do otherwise.
