Brand Architecture
The brand architecture is one of the most important elements of any brand strategy. It defines the relationships between the organisations various brands. For example, what is the role of the corporate brand? How are the product ranges organised? How should individual product brands fit in?
All too often, brands families evolve through circumstance and lose their focus. New products and services are added onto existing brands without considering the implications.
